Welcome to the online help for Fire Files investigation case management software. This online help will assist
both new and existing users to find answers to the question they may have while using Fire Files.
Use the navigation to the left to navigate to the module or screen that you need help with.
Screen Concepts Used Throughout The Help
- Main Menu - Menus across the top of the program.
- Main Toolbar - Toolbar across the top of the program that searches all records within the system.
- Explorer Bar - Navigation on the left side of the program. Defaults to the Search Explorer Bar.
- Current Case Label - Displayed on the top right. When no case is open, it will display "No Case Selected".
- Status Bar - Read Only bar at the bottom of the program.

- Main Menu - Menus across the top of the program.

- Current Case Label - Displayed on the top right. When a case is open, it will display the case number.
- Case Explorer - Navigation on the left side of the program titled "Case". Specific to the currently opened case.
- Status Bar - Read Only bar at the bottom of the program.
